My car boot
Norwegians don't really do 'trick or treating' at Hallowe'en so some enterprising parents - I suspect Americans - organised a 'trick or trunking' event last night in a very dark car park. Despite the cold, the kids had a blast, going from one car boot to another, collecting candy. I stood at my car, handing out Hallowe'en themed treats, congratulating myself on wearing wool underwear - black of course.
It was declared to be 'our best Hallowe'en ever'.

SA is not Halloween-ed just yet although the number of people beginning the tradion is increasing.
We find the whole idea insanely macabre so we personally dont buy into the festival.
However any excuse to wear black (albeit wool) underwear...LOL
Geesh, am totally awed by 1. the effort evident in your car boot and 2. that epic snowed-under trampoline picture - wow!
How innovative! I love that idea - must keep that in mind for next year.
Yeah, Halloween just isn't catching on in Norway, is it? We had zero trick-or-treaters this year, so are stuck with two bags of cheap Europris candy in the house. Maybe I'll just save it for next year. ;-)
I know several neighborhoods where door to door trick-or-treating is gaining popularity. But, now that I think about it, I know of these neighborhoods because my ex-pat friends live in them....Heh, what was that about ramming our crass, consumerized culture down everyone's throats?
I have given you an award - please collect...
