We've gone Mac

I opened up my new MacBook yesterday and got a fright. It has a built-in camera which means I don't even have to leave the computer to put my make-up on. Looking at this picture though, it may be a good idea to put it on before I sit at my desk. There are lots of other snazzy things on this new machine which is silver, and sleek, and as yet doesn't sport one crumb on its keyboard (which lights up in the dark. Whoo hoo!). Of course I'm going to produce all sorts of masterpieces on my new friend but first back to the real world of barnehage drop-off which I sense, given the tears shed when I went into the shower this morning, is not going to be easy.

Part of me is insanely jealous of your new acquisition and yet the other (vain) part is extremely grateful that I have the "pre-cam" pc laptop. Anonymity is my middle name before 930am!

You look pretty damn fine for no make-up and early morn girl!

Congratulations on your new Mac! I found you via Simply Mel. Wow, living in Norway - that must be interesting!!

Thanks Mel.
Macnessa - I guess it is interesting living in Norway, sometimes :-) No it is a great place but I suspect that after 4 years I've become so used to it that I forget what might be of interest to the outside world. Hence not much bogging lately.... Any advice on cutting and pasting with MAC without using the menu? I LOVE it but am struggling to adjust to absence of a right mouse click and the manual hasn't helped - at least what it says to do doesn't. Help!

Have tried to email you but for some reason it's bouncing your email address - any hoo the short answer is use the command key (the apple) with C to copy, then command v to paste. Long answer is on the blog!
