Don't forget to vote

I've never voted in an Irish general election as I've never been in the country to do so. In fact, despite the fact that I've spent exactly half of my life over 18, I've only voted in one general election and that was in the UK in 1997, when Tony Blair first came to power. The next day my husband finally got drunk enough to kiss me for the first time so it was a stand-out week on two counts!
Anyway, if you are in Ireland today and have the right to vote, get to a polling station and do so. I can't gurantee that it will improve you're love life but it worked for me so you never know ;-)
