It was 10˚C today in Oslo. Still, I think this lot got a bit carried away. Luckily the local police were on hand to text in the streaking incident to the stables, I mean HQ.
Haha - Vigeland Park, what a fab place although when I visited, my husbands frosty uncle was very unimpressed with my comment that the monolith looked a little phallic!

Ha! It was 13° in Kiev yesterday yet I still saw a wee baby stuffed in furs and pullovers and snowsuit, etc. Poor thing. I was sweating like a hog.
